AI Prompting: Advanced — Workplace Challenge Lab is a practical, scenario-based online course designed to help you develop advanced AI prompting skills and apply them to realistic workplace challenges. Throughout eight interactive lessons, you will take on the role of an AI Improvement Adviser at the fictional HarbourPoint Operations. Your challenge is to investigate an AI-generated management briefing, identify inaccurate or unsupported information, improve AI prompts, resolve conflicting evidence and develop a reliable approach to producing AI-assisted workplace reports. Rather than simply learning prompting techniques, you will put them into practice using realistic workplace records, management communications and decision-making scenarios. You can complete the practical activities using your preferred AI assistant, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini.
