OIAT stands for Online Induction and Training. We offer practical online courses that help people build workplace skills, including communication, respectful behaviour, responsible AI use and managing difficult conversations. We also provide custom induction and training development for organisations.

Our courses are designed for adults and young workers, including people entering the workforce, starting a new job or building their workplace skills. Each course page explains what you will learn so you can choose training that suits your needs.

Completion time varies by course and by how much time you spend on the activities. Where an estimated duration is provided, use it as a guide and allow time to consider how the learning applies to your workplace.

Where a certificate or badge is included, it is issued once you meet the course’s completion requirements. Check the course details for what is included. Please note: Unless a course explicitly states otherwise, OIAT courses are professional development training and do not lead to a nationally recognised qualification or statement of attainment.
